Today was the first day at the Park. The park has 4 trails consisting of species only found in the Amazon. The trails are plants, flowers, an aquarium, and a recycling learning center.
The park also serves as a reserve for animals who were hurt or held in captivity.
They have also started a bee farm, which is most interesting because the bees do not have stingers and are very small. They look like black and yellow little flies.
Another interesting fact about the park is their new organic tea!!! We got to taste is and it was the most delicious tea in the wold aka el MUNDO!

Macow (Parrot)
The park is using plastic soda bottles filled with 200 plastic bags to build a house. The have won an award for this and hopefully it will be done by February. The idea is to have these houses built here and teach people to make them so they can recycle the bottles and makes sustainable livable houses.
